Program – Cacao Ceremony
- A short 10-minute walk leads us to a peaceful seaside plateau overlooking the ocean.
- We begin with a cacao ceremony and intention setting, creating space to slow down and connect inward. From there, we move through Yin-inspired practices including meditation, gentle movement, and intuitive guidance, allowing the body and mind to soften and settle.
- The experience continues with an extended Yoga Nidra journey for deep rest and restoration, before we close together with tea, and a healthy nourishing snack.
- Location: near Cala Llonga, at the same location as The East.
