Terms & Conditions – One Day Retreat Ibiza

At One Day Retreat Ibiza, we carefully create calming experiences in small, intimate settings. Our teachers prepare thoughtfully and intentionally reserve space in their schedules. To be able to continue offering this in a safe, fair, and sustainable way, we also ask responsibility from our participants. Please read our terms and conditions below.

1. Bookings & payments
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment (or deposit for private sessions).
By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Group sessions & half-day retreats
All group sessions and half-day retreats are non-refundable.
It is the participant’s responsibility to book the correct date and session.
Bookings for group sessions cannot be rescheduled to another date.

These conditions apply due to a high number of no-shows in the past and because our sessions are small-scale and often fully booked. By booking, we reserve your spot especially for you and our teachers prepare accordingly.

Exception:
If you are unable to attend due to verifiable circumstances beyond your control (such as a cancelled flight) and you can provide proof, we are happy to look for a suitable solution.

Minimum number of participants:
If a retreat or session does not reach the minimum number of participants (6 people), we reserve the right to cancel the session. In that case, we will first offer an alternative date or session. If this is not suitable, a full refund will be issued.

3. Private sessions & private half-day retreats
For private sessions and private half-day retreats, a deposit is required, which is non-refundable.*

Cancellations up to 56 hours before the start will not incur additional costs besides the deposit.
Cancellations within 56 hours before the start will be charged in full.

See section below regarding cancellation due to bad weather.

4. Cancellation by One Day Retreat Ibiza
One Day Retreat Ibiza reserves the right to cancel a session or retreat in case of force majeure.

If a retreat or session is cancelled due to bad weather and no indoor alternative or new date is possible, a full refund will be issued. Additional costs may apply for indoor locations.

5. Health & personal responsibility
Participation is entirely at your own responsibility.
You are responsible for assessing whether a session is suitable for your physical and mental health.
Please inform the teacher in advance of injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or other relevant circumstances.
One Day Retreat Ibiza is not liable for physical or mental injury during or after participation.

6. Liability
One Day Retreat Ibiza is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during sessions or retreats.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
Any damage caused by a participant may be recovered from the participant.

7. Personal belongings
We recommend leaving valuables at home as much as possible.
One Day Retreat Ibiza accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

8. Photos & media
During sessions, photos or short videos may be taken for marketing and communication purposes.
By participating, you consent to this use unless you explicitly object in advance.

9. Changes
One Day Retreat Ibiza reserves the right to modify sessions, teachers, locations, or program elements if circumstances require it.
Minor changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

10. Arrival time & punctuality
Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start time so you can begin relaxed and without rush.
We prefer to start on time and will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the meeting point.
Late arrival means you will not be able to join the session and no refund will be issued.
Always inform us if you are delayed via WhatsApp to the respective teacher.

11. Applicable law
All agreements and participation in sessions of One Day Retreat Ibiza are governed by Spanish law.
